An awake state where you are deeply relaxed.  A hightened state of self awareness and self-control. Use of your imagination.  A process of creating rapport with your unconscious that will allow you to bypass previous "programming" and replace limiting beliefs with postive expansive beliefs. 

Commonly used for:  enhancing self-esteem, releasing stress, better social interactions, increased assertiveness, fear of public speacking, increased focus and concentration, lucid dreaming, releasing bad habits, better sleep, supercharging motivation, releasing excess body weight, healthy eating, ending procrastination, becoming a non-smoker, increasing self confidence, better test taking / acing exams, sharpening your memory, enhancing immune function, better relationships, creative problem solving, and more....
